Mrs. O.L. Calloway Taken By Death
Funeral Will be Held Saturday

New London – Funeral services for Mrs. O.L. Calloway, who passed away Thursday afternoon at the Ben Calloway home after an extended illness, will be held Saturday afternoon at one-thirty from Grace Methodist Church, New London. The body was taken to the Elliot mortuary where friends may call, until time for the services.
Former neighbors, Ray Walker, George Hassenfritz, Raymond Cornick, Fred Ensminger, Percival Myers and Ernest Dunlavy, will serve as pallbearers.
Gladys, daughter of Mary Elizabeth and Asa Anderson, was born October 27, 1893 at New London, Iowa. She married O.L. Calloway, June 8, 1911 at Burlington and they have since made their home in New London and vicinity. She was a member of the reorganized church of Latter Day Saints at Burlington and of the Iris club and Good Times club in New London.
Surviving are her husband, three sons, Roscoe, Mt. Pleasant; Rex and Ronald of New London; her father, Asa Anderson, New London; three sisters, Mrs.* Effie Anderson, New London, Mrs. Erma Chrissinger, Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. Cecil Hartquist, Stronghurst, Ill.; four brothers, Earl, Donald, John and Ellis Anderson, all of New London and four grandchildren.
