LITTLE CHILD IS CALLED.
Little Son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taft Passed Away Sunday.
The sad word was received here Sunday morning of the death of Little Claude, the little 5-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taft of Aurora, Ill. He passed away Sunday morning about three-thirty. Although the little one had never enjoyed rugged health, the news of his death was a painful surprise to relatives here who were unaware that the Death Angel was so fast approaching until the fated telegram bore the sad news.
He was an exceedingly lovable and affectionate child, and the heart strings will often respond as the childish prattle of the little two weeks old brother will soon keep green in memory's precious light the memory of the little blue-eyed, golden-haired darling who has become so touchingly endeared to their hearts.
The funeral services will be held in Aurora, for which place the grandfather, Mr. E.E. Taft, and sister, Mrs. Clarence Smith and baby, left this afternoon. Much sympathy is felt for the young father and mother, who are well known and have many warm friends here, which was their former home.
