FUNERAL OF MRS. A.W. HOOVER.

Friends and relatives in this city received word of the passing away of Mrs. Amelia Jericho Hoover at her home in Galesburg, Ills., on Saturday afternoon at four o'clock. Mrs. Hoover and family were formerly old residents in this city which was their home for many years. She has been in failing health for some time and her death was not unexpected. The remains were brought here for interment in the family lot in the City Cemetery. The funeral services were held from the home of her niece Mrs. Anna Jericho Grau on South Jackson street at 2:30 this afternoon. Rev. C.M. Rauch officiating.
