Nancy Louise Billingsley, 73, of Fairfield, died Sunday, May 11, 2014, at Jefferson County Health Center.
A graveside service is at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Hillsboro Cemetery with the Rev. D.J. Meyers officiating.
Open visitation is noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant.

Mrs. Billingsley was born Jan. 16, 1939, in Fairfield, the daughter of Jasper Leroy and Annabelle Hagans Cook. She married Kenneth E. Billingsley May 10, 1958, at Fairfield Free Methodist Church. He died Oct. 16, 2013.
She attended schools in Fairfield.
She began her working career as a home health aide for Henderson County Health Department in Henderson, Illinois.
When the couple moved, she worked for the Purple Heart Organization in Maryland.
Upon returning to Iowa, she worked for the Iowa Workforce Development in Fairfield.
She enjoyed canning fruits and vegetables for her family.
She enjoyed on computers and played many computer games.
Survivors include two sons, Kelly Billingsley of Fairfield and Jim Billingsley and spouse Marsha of Oquawka, Illinois; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Cook of New London and John Cook of Laytonsville, Maryland; and two sisters, Linda Gridley of Fairfield and Joyce Morkin of Palmyra, Missouri.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
