JOHN GRABER DIES

September 7, 1922 – Wayland News

John Graber, one of the most highly respected citizens of this community, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. D. W. Widmer on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Mr. Graber has been in failing health for about a year and has failed rapidly during the last six months.

Mr. Graber was one of the most pleasant and kindly men we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His cordial greeting and pleasant smile will never be forgotten by those who were permitted to come in contact with him through the long years of his residence here to all the activities of life. He was a good man, having filled the various positions of life as son, husband, father, brother, friend, and filled them well. Who can do more?
