Ethel Gertrude Mardock, 91, of San Jose, Calif., former Lockridge area resident, died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, 1996, at the Westgate Convalescent Hospital in San Jose.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Lambirth Cemetery southeast of Lockridge, with the Rev. Richard Wallarab officiating. Visitation begins after 5 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Mrs. Mardock was born Oct. 5, 1904, in Missouri, the daughter of James A. and Ara Belle Shaner Fulton. She married Harry W. Mardock, who died June 13, 1977. She had lived in San Jose, for 17 years and before that in Gowanda, N.Y. She was employed in food service for 20 years before her retirement.
Surviving are a son, Jim T. of San Jose, and two grandchildren.
