MRS. MILDRED N. LENZ

Mrs. Mildred Nettie Lenz, 84, died in Burlington Care Center, Burlington, Tuesday, August 5, 1975.

She was born Febuary 2, 1891, in Nebraska, the daughter of Thomas and Annie McGrew Waters. She married William John Lenz, March 14, 1917, in Burlington; he died March 8, 1962.

Mrs. Lenz was a member of the Lowell Baptist Church and of the Dorcas Society and the Get-Together Club.

Surviving: Two sons, Wayne Lenz, Des Moines, and Robert Lenz, Burlington; three grandchildren; three brothers, Mark Waters, Little Rock, Arkansas, Max Waters, Blakesburg, Paul Waters, Mt. Pleasant; three sisters, Eunice Kayser, Albuequerque, New Mexico, Bessie Brown, Stockport; and Mary Ramiller, Prairie Grove.

Funeral was 2 p.m. Thursday, at Elliott Chapel, New London. Rev. Wayne Williams; Burge cemetery. A memorial to the Baptist Church has been established.
