Mr. Theodore T. (Ted) Marshall, 65, of Hillsboro passed away early Monday morning at his home.

Mr. Marshall was born May 10, 1905 in Douds, Iowa, the son of Jesse and Cora Calvin Marshall. He was united in marriage July 18, 1926 to Phyllis Barnett at Keosauqua, Iowa.

Mr. Marshall was a farm laborer and retired sheep shearer and a life time resident of the Hillsboro community.

Survivors include his wife Phyllis, two daughters, Mrs. Ike (Betty) Hudson of Hillsboro, Ia., Mrs. Eston (Wilma) Burghoffer of Donnellson, Ia. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; four brothers and five sisters.

Preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother. Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends survive.

Services were held Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Christian Church. Burial was in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
