Kenneth Riley

Kenneth W. Riley, 48, 900 E. Madison, Mt. Pleasant, died at 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, 1994, at Burlington Medical Center.

Born July 8, 1945, in Mt. Pleasant, he was the son of John and Mary Frances Messer Riley.

He was a 1963 graduate of Mt. Pleasant Community High School and was a self-employed carpenter.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant, and a social member of the VFW, New London.

Survivors include his mother; one son, Anthony J. "Tony, Mt. Pleasant; two daughters, Teresa L., Middletown; Tammy R., Monmouth, Ill.; a friend, JoEllen Lamphier Riley; one brother, John J. Riley, Mt. Pleasant and one sister, Mrs. James (Mary) Ruschill, Mt. Pleasant.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Calling hours will begin at noon on Monday, Feb. 21, at the Weir Funeral Home Mt. Pleasant, where visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday evening.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb, 22, at the weir Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Virgil Fry officiating. Interment will be in Forest Home Cemetery.

Memorials will be established.
