Death takes Mrs. H. Shumaker
Mrs Hannah Shumaker, 84, died Sunday evening at 10:10 at the Memorial hospital where she had been a patient the last six weeks.
Mrs. Shumaker came to Henry county when she was 22 years old from Ontario, Canada where she was born. She moved to Mt. Pleasant from the farm about 35 years ago.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ada Conner, Mrs. Anna Schadt, and Mrs. Bessie Miller, all of Mt. Pleasant, and by two brothers and a sister residing in Canada. Two sons and her husband preceded her in death.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Cookes Funeral home. Burial will be at Green Mound cemetery.
