Mrs. Alwilda Eller Dies Unexpectedly

Mrs. Alwilda S. Eller. 75, died suddenly at her home, 501 South Jackson, Tuesday morning. She apprently suffered a heart attack while arising from bed. Her neighbors had noticed that her blind had not been raised this morning and investigated finding her about 10 a.m.

She was born December 16, 1881 in Jasper county and has been a resident of Mt. Pleasant since 1935.

Her husband, T.W. Eller died February 29, 1956. Surviving is one son, M.A. Eller of Wilmington, Calif., also three brothers, Charles Finn of Mt. Pleasant, Lawrence Finn of Bosworth Mo., and Ed Finn of Delta, Colo., survive.

The body was taken to Cranne Funeral home. Services are pending the arrival of her son from California.

Alwilda was my great aunt. She died June 18, 1957 and was the daughter of James and Sarah Caroline Wort Finn. She was buried next to her husband at Center Chapel cemetery, Van Buren county, Iowa.
