Jerry Alan Ross, 66, of Carthage, IL., died of cancer on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at his son's home in West Salem, IL.
Mr. Ross was born Feb 17, 1938, in Burlington, the son of Wallter Ray and Gladys Watson Ross. He married Jean Marlay in Davenport, June 7, 1958.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Debra Jean Smith and Shari Rae Bolton, both of Lime Springs; a son, William Alan Ross of West Salem; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Canby of Winfield, and Judy Schieffelbein of Jasper, GA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
