Donna Clark

Donna Kay Clark, 57, of Muscatine, formerly of Burlington, died at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2000, in Muscatine.

Born Dec. 4, 1942, in Gladstone, Ill., she was the daughter of Jethro C. and Faye E. Vaughn Reynolds. She married Michael D. Clark on Sept. 13, 1997, in Burlington.

Mrs. Clark worked in production at PRP in Mediapolis.

She was a member of First Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling through the old West, spending time with her family and grandchildren, reading, dancing and being outdoors.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Jennifer Warth and Trudy Johnson, both of Burlington, and Christine Coursey of West Burlington; three sons, Tim Springsteen, Curtis Bernand and Curry Bernand, all of Burlington; two stepsons, Leo and Adam Clark, both of Mount Pleasant; one sister, Betty Kemp of Burlington; three brothers, Walt, Calvin and Richard Reynolds, all of Burlington; 11 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday in Prugh's Chapel.

The funeral for Mrs. Clark will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Tevis officiating. Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Mausoleum.

A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
