Robert Dean Richenberger, 45, of Morning Sun, died Friday, April 2, 1999, at Burlington Medical Center.

Born June 28, 1953, in Mount Pleasant, he was the son of Rex and Irma Linder Richenberger. On April 28, 1973, he married Carolyn Carr in Morning Sun.

Mr. Richenberger worked for Wiedemann Industries, Muscatine.

He attended Morning Sun School. He was a member of First United Presbyterian Church at Morning Sun.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jon of Waterloo and Rob of Morning Sun; his mother of Morning Sun; three brothers, Ron and Sam, both of Morning Sun, and Jim of Minnesota; and two sisters, Shirley and Rosealee.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Monday in Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

The funeral for Mr. Richenberger will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in First United Presbyterian Church, with the Revs. Jack Edmisson and Monte Knudsen officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Morning Sun.

A memorial has been established.
