Mrs. Peter( Cassie A) Millspaugh ,85 Route 3 , Mt Pleasant, died at the Henry County Memorial Hospital,Mt. Pleasant ,on Tuesday, Feb12,1974 at 12:30 p.m. following a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec 24,1888,the daughter of William and Ida May Ryan Dawson at Reublican City, Neb.
On Dec 21,1910 she was married to Peter H. Millspaugh at Mt. Pleasant.

Mrs Millspaugh was a member of the Rome Baptist Church.
She was a graduate of Howe's Academy, and taught school in Henry County. She was past president of the Ladoes Aid of the Rome Baptist Church and was active in the Old Thresher's Auxiliary and Farm Bureau.

She is survied by her husband; two Ledru Millspaugh of Powell Wyoming,and Dick Millspaugh
,MtPleasant: two daughters, Mrs Donald Clista)
McElhinney, Cedar Rapids,and Mrs. Bruce( Darla)
Murray, Powell Wyo,; 11 grandchildren,15 great grandchildren, and a sister Mrs.Zetta Walrath, Boulder Colo.
She was preceeded in death by her parents,four brothers,two sisters, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb.15
at 2.p.m from the First Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Wayne R. Williams pastor of Lockridge Baptist Church, and the Rev. Charles Comfort,pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in the Forest Home Cemetery.
Friends may call as they desire at the Beatty-
Jennings Chapel in Mt. Pleasant after 6p.m. Wednesday.
