C. F. ANDERSON TAKEN BY DEATH

Charles Franklin Anderson, 79, died at the Memorial Hospital a short time after he had been taken there early Wednesday morning. He became ill at the DeVol nursing home about 1:30 A.M. and was taken to the hospital where he died at 2:115.

He was born at Winfield and had been a resident in the Mt. Pleasant vicinity for many years. He is survived by a daughter, Fern Anderson, a teacher at Winfield, and two brothers, Harry G. Anderson, Quincy, Illinois. His wife died in 1945.

Funeral service will be held at the Crane Funeral Home Friday afternoon at 2:00 with Dr. George G. Hunt officiating.
