Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, March 1- John D. Gray died at the home of his son, J.V. Gray on East Washington street Tuesday morning, aged 76 years. He was born in Indiana in 1847 and came to Iowa in 1896. Mrs. Gray died in 1912. The children who survive are Claude and J.V. of this city, Mrs. Effie Maines of Dows, Iowa, Clinton of Lockridge, and Pearl Gray Coleman of Mt. Pleasant. The funeral services will be held tomorrow at the residence and interment will be in Forest Home cemetery.
