A merry party of skaters went to Oakland on the K line and then skated up to Rome, coming home on No. 4. The affair was in honor of Miss Ruth Woolson who stopped off here a few hours on her way to Evanston, Ill. where she is attending school. The ice was fine and the trip thoroughly enjoyed by the skaters. The party consisted of the following ladies and gentlemen: Misses Woolson, Mehler, Bowman, Clark, Sargent, and Hughes, and Messrs. Stafford, Crane, Meyers, Randal, Hall and Throop.
