KAMMERER'S BREWERY.

This was built in 1864, is 60 x 64 feet in size and three stories high. The cellars are 62 x 18, with ice house over the entire length. Steam power is used, and four hands employed constantly. From 1,200 to 1,500 barrels of beer are made annually, and nearly 4,000 bushels of malt used. Last year, there were between 1,400 and 1,500 barrels of beer made and sold, an increase on any former year.
