June 3, 1948Two Wills are Admitted.
Two wills have been admitted to probate with the county clerk.
The will of John M. and Edith Smith was drawn up in February, 1947 and was witnessed by Clara R. Elgar and Herman E. Elgar.
The survivor is to receive the use of all property and at the time of the survivors death the property is to be divided equally among five children, Leo F., Agnes, Iliff, Blanshe and Lester.
