FRANK WARD WANTS SEPARATION FROM HIS WIFE

Charges Desertion and Wants Custody of Minor Children. Married in 1912 and Separated in 1918

Frank D. Ward has filed suit with the clerk of the court for divorce from his wife, Grayce C. Ward. The petition states that they were married April 5, 1912 and lived together until June, 1918, when Mrs. Ward deserted her husband and two minor children and has never returned to her home. Mr. Ward asks for an absolute divorce and the custody of the children. He says that there is no property involved and that he is fully able to care for the two children.
