PLOWS UP MOUND WITH 24
INDIAN SKULLS

LOGAN, Ia., Nov. 25 – An Indian mound was found on the farm of Ira J. Rice, northwest of Pisgah, by Henry Hadler, who was breaking sod on a flat hilltop. Twenty-four Indian skulls, a number of pieces of pottery, beads and shells were plowed up. Mr. Rice said there are probably more relics to be found in the mound. These relics are in the possession of Mr. Rice, who lives on a farm in Little Sioux.
