Hi Gail,
Those are my Brooks. There in the family were:
George W. Brooks, Mercy Arvilla (Myers) Brooks, Loren (Who married my Sarah J. Davis), Cornelia, Lewis, Lorcelles
Loren married Sarah J. Davis on May 24, 1857 in Hardin County.

In 1860 they are listed in Allen twp - Polk County, IA as: Loren , Sarah, Bellrenny and Henrietta

In 1870 Bellrenny Brooks age 12 is living w/ the Thomas Leech family in Pleasant twp, Hardin County. Her sister Hennrietta Brooks is living with the John Penn family in the same twp.

From there I dont know where they were. The girls probably were married.

Any help with this would be wonderful.
