James R. Robinson born circa 1816 in Canada. His parents were born in England. Married Mary A. (Hungerford?) Robinson born circa 1820 New York. Her parents were born in Conn. and Mass.

They had one daughter Mary H. Robinson born circa 1858 in Iowa. Listed as portrait painter in 1880 Harvard Village, Clay Co., Nebraska census. She married William Cook born circa 1855 in England and reportedly owned flour mills in Canada. Their son was born 1885 in Nebraska. Daughter Myllye born 2/14/1891 in Wolseley, Saskatchewan, Canada. Third child Grace birthplace and date unknown.
