Henry Walter Rites Held Here Tuesday

Funeral services for Henry Walters, 86, who died here Feb 28, were held at the Andrie and Creps funeral home Tuesday afternoon, the Rev E C Lasswell, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiating. Burial was in Eldora cemetery.
Mr Walters was born in Germany, March 26, 1861, and came to this country when he was 8 years old. He married Matilda Ziemke Aug 25, 1882, in Eldora. There were 10 children.
Mr Walters moved to Eldora in 1918 and since the death of his wife had resided with a son, Frank, for the past 10 years.
His survivors include 26 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
