TUSTIN, Calif.-Anne Marie Cohen, 62, of Tustin, Calif., formerly of New Providence, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2001, in Costa Mesa, Calif. Private burial services were held Friday, Aug. 25, at the Harbor Lawn/Mt. Olivet Memorial Park in Costa Mesa.
Anne was born July 21, 1939, in Iowa Falls, to Merwin and Hazel Ridout Wooten. She graduated from New Providence High School in 1957 and attended AIB business college in Des Moines. She married Dr. Elwood Cohen and worked as an office manager in her husband's medical office.
She is survived by her husband, Elwood, of Tustin; three daughters, Michelle Hammond and husband, Bruce, Stacy Foulsham and husband, Jim, and Brandi Cohen; three sons, Jeffrey Cohen and wife, Jeannie, Craig Cohen, and Brian Cohen and wife, Liza; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Biersborn Funeral Home in Union, was in charge of local arrangements.
