IOWA FALLS-Florence Elizabeth Kraft, 82, of Iowa Falls, died Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn. Services will be held Saturday, May 19 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls with burial in Fairview Cemetery at Dows. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be directed to the First United Methodist Church, 619 Main St., Iowa Falls, 50126

Florence was born Aug. 11, 1918, on a farm northwest of Alden to Henry and Luella Collins Terveer. She attended country schools and graduated from Popejoy High School. On Dec. 29, 1934, she married Elroy (Mike) Kraft at the Methodist Church in Fort Dodge. They lived on a farm south of Coulter for over 40 years, moving to Iowa Falls in 1975. She was a member of the Iowa Falls First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Ellsworth Hospital Auxiliary and the American Legion.

She is survived by two sons, John and wife, Shirley, of Cottage Grove, Minn., and George and wife, Julie, of Boulder City, Nev.; three daughters, Beverly Myers and husband, John, of Greensboro, N.C., Dorothy Jensen of Las Vegas, Nev., and Marjery Fjelde and husband, Tom, of Bloomington, Minn.; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Terveer of Rochester, Minn., and Richard Terveer of Hubbard; and two sisters, Clara Pieters of Omaha, Neb., and Laura Fuller of Ackley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elroy; her parents; and five brothers, James, William, Robert, Clarence and Merle Terveer.

Linn's Funeral Home of Iowa Falls, is in charge of arrangements.
