LaVonne Elizabeth Redmon
December 8, 1917-March 9, 2008ALDEN—LaVonne Elizabeth Redmon passed from this life and on to her heavenly home Sunday, March 9, 2008. LaVonne was born Dec. 8, 1917, in Alden, Iowa, the daughter of Adam and Lena Rehm. She was a very accomplished pianist and organist.
She graduated from Alden High School in 1935. She was united in marriage to (Merle) James M. Redmon in 1937 at Dubuque, Iowa, and they were happily married for 57 years until Mr. Redmon passed away in December 1994.
She is survived by her daughter Sharon Bailey and husband Ed, son Denny Redmon and wife Joann, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She will be missed by all. Burial was in Floral Haven Cemetery, Tulsa, Okla.
