Rites Tuesday for Mrs. Viola Kuhlman

Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon at the Boeke funeral home for Mrs. Viola Kuhlman, 40, who passed away at her home north of Hubbard March 31. Rev. Theo Yackel, paster of Salem church, read the rites. Viola Mae Asher was born Sept. 13, 1910 at Steamboat Rock, where she grew to womanhood and was married to John Kuhlman, who preceded her in death. July 4, 1944. Mrs. Kuhlman lived on the farm where they started at the time of the marriage in 1926 until her death. Interment was in the Hubbard cemetery. Surviving are two sons, Marvin and Dennis Kuhlman; and two daughters, Mrs. Norma Duncan and Bonnie Kuhlman; two brothers, Orville Asher and Charles Asher of Steamboat Rock.
