Leo F. Schmidt

Garner - Funeral services for Leo F. Schmidt, 66, were held Monday at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Garner. He died Friday evening in a Mason City hospital.

The son of Louis and Emma Busch Schmidt, he was born on a farm near Garner March 31, 1900. He was married to Rose Roach in June 1922. She died in 1960. He was a carpenter.

Surviving are three sons, Darl and Roland, Garner; Gerald, Mason City; two brothers and three sisters.

Burial was in St. Boniface Cemetery with Bohn Funeral Home in charge.
