Reikes Reinken

Britt - Reikes Reinken, 75, died Wednesday night at Hancock County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Boughton Funeral Home. The Rev. B. A. Rust will officiate. Military rites will be conducted at Evergreen Cemetery.

The son of Ben and Anna Henning Reinken, he was born in Dumont. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion. He was married Feb. 14, 1921, to Grace Knapper at Algona. They farmed in the Wesley and Britt area and he was a cattle buyer many years.

Surviving are his wife , three daughters, Mrs. Billy (Anna) Abbott, Waterloo; Mrs. Morris (Rose) Wilson and Mrs. Louis (Katherine) Thompson, both of Evansdale; 15 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three brothers, John, Britt; Chris, Henning, Minn.; Ben, California.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren.
