Mrs. W. F. Beier Rites Wednesday in Goodell Church

Goodell - Funeral services for Mrs. W. F. Beier, 82, will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Goodell EUB Church with the Rev. Park E. Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Amsterdam Cemetery.

Mrs. Beier, the former Bertha Lemke, was born in Germany and came to America as a small child. The family settled near Klemme. She was married to William Beier and moved to Goodell 50 years ago. Mr. Beier, who was in the grocery and meat business, died in Jan., 1955.

Mrs. Beier had been in failing health for some time. For the past two years she had been a resident of the Friendship Haven Rest Home, Fort Dodge, where she died Monday.

She is survived be a son, Walter, Fort Dodge; one granddaughter; two brothers, Will and John Lemke, Garner; and a sister, Mrs. Eric Clark, Clear Lake.
