DIED - On Tuesday, April 30, 1901, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Duckett, near Corwith, Mrs. Louisa Moore, aged 72 years.
Her maiden name was Louisa Perish. She was born in Ashtabula county, O., in 1820. Was married to James Moore Oct. 11, 1855, in Ashtabula, where they resided until 1866, removing to Iowa thence to Tennessee and again to Iowa in 1901, where she resided till her death.
She leaves an aged husband and nine children; four daughters and five sons to mourn her. The funeral services were held Wednesday May 1. The remains were interred in the Corwith cemetery.
