Mary C. Jensen dies at 91; Rites at Britt

BRITT - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary C. Jensen, 91, are tentatively set for Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Boughton Funeral Home here. Rev. Ernest V. Streed, of the Evangelical Free Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Born June 23, 1869, in Denmark, she was married there to Martin C. Jensen in 1895. They came to this country in 1900, living first at Ogden and then at Britt. Her husband died several years ago.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Christina Anderson, Lake Mills; Mrs. Louise Seifert, Britt; Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth) Crowell, Cleveland, Tex.; three sons, Harold A., Britt; Raymond, Britt, and Clarence T., Lawson, Mo.; 23 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a brother, John C. Christensen Ogden.
