Dean Cockrell rites Tuesday at Britt church

BRITT: Funeral services for Dean Cockrell, 27, were held Tuesday at the E.U.B. Church at Stilson. The Rev. Forest Ley officiated. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery, with the Boughton Funeral Home in charge.

He was killed in a fall on a construction job in Chicago Thursday. He was a resident of Des Plaines, Ill.

Surviving are his wife, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Cockrell, Britt; a sister, Mrs. Arnold (Bonnie) Heise, Corwith; a cousin Sarah T. Little, out west; four brothers, Clyde, Minneapolis; Paul, Hawaii; Larry and Keith, at home, and his grandmother, Mrs. George Hepperly, Britt
