Services for Russell F. Pehrson, 45, Klemme, who died Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, 1991, were held Wednesday, Dec. 4, 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Klemme with Rev. Jerry Robertson officiating.

Music was provided by Muriel Schulz, organist.

Burial was at the Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme, with Tenold Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.

Russell Frederick Pehrson, the son of Vernon William and Irene Alma Harms Pehrson, was born November 2, 1946 at Ames. He grew up in Klemme from the age of nine after spending the first two years of his live [life] on the Iowa State University campus.

Russell moved to New Jersey in 1949 and lived for various periods in Metuchen, Plainfield and Liberty Corner. He graduated from Ridge High School in 1965.

Russell met Gloria Tino after high school and they married in 1966 and had two sons.

He is survived by his former wife, Gloria; his two sons, Patrick and Christopher, who still reside in New Jersey; his father, Vernon of New Jersey; and a younger brother, John of Delaware.

Funeral services were held December 4, 1991 at the Klemme United Methodist Church for Russell Frederick Pehrson, 45, who died Nov. 28. Rev. Jerry Robertson officiated. Burial was in Ell Township Cemetery. Tenold Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Russell the son of Vernon William Pehrson of Red Oak and Irene Alma Harms, grew up in Klemme and moved to New Jersey in 1949 and lived for various periods in New Jersey.

He graduated from Ridge High School in 1965. He married Gloria Tino in 1966 and they had two sons.

He spent the last 15 years in Klemme.

Surviving are his former wife, Gloria; two sons, Patrick and Christopher, who live in New Jersey; his father, who also lives in New Jersey and his brother, John, of Delaware.
