Margaret Brooks

BRITT - Funeral services for Margaret A. Brooks, 92, a longtime resident of Britt, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church in Britt with the Rev. Bernard Olson officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Mrs. Brooks died Saturday in a hospital in Alamogordo, N.M. She had spent the winter months in New Mexico.

Friends may call the Carter Ewing Funeral Home in Britt after 10 a.m. Wednesday.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Bender, Alamogordo, N. M.; three sons, Merrill Brooks, Las Cruces, N.M.; Lowell Brooks, of Lombard, Ill.; and Rollin Brooks, of Aurora, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
