BRITT — Services for Jerry O. Fox, 86, of Britt, who died Saturday (March 18, 1995) at his farm home, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Britt, with the Rev. Dennis Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Cataldo Funeral Home in Britt.

Jerry Otto Fox was born Jan. 7, 1909, on the family farm northwest of Britt.

Survivors include his wife, Adelaid Fox of Britt; two daughters, Jacqueline Gordon of Iowa City and Sonja Chesnik of Ankeny; four sons, Larry K. Fox and Wayne Fox, both of Britt, Freeman Fox of Garner and Johannes "Joe" Fox of Aurora, Colo.; 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one sister, Minnie Higdon of Britt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and a brother.
