Hancock County Farmer Dies; Rites at Woden
Woden - Frank W. Lassahn, 73, well known farmer in Hancock County, died Friday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Orthel, where he had been staying. Born Dec. 25, 1875, at Streator, Ill., the son of Albert and Amelia Junker Lassahn, he never had married.
Survivors are sisters and brothers, Mrs. Anna Francis Noble, Neb; Mrs. Clara Jilek, Washington, D. C.; William, Mason City; Mrs. Ralph (Emma) Carolus, Clear Lake; Carl, Clear Lake and Fred, Britt.
The Rev. John H. Jacklin will officiate at the services at St. John Lutheran Church, Woden, Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The Boughton Funeral Home, Britt is in charge. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Garner.
