Henry Meyer

BRITT - Funeral services for Henry Meyer, 68, of Britt, were held at 10:30 a.m. today at Cataldo Funeral Home, Britt.

Mr. Meyer died Friday (May 2, 1980) at a Des Moines hospital.

The Rev. Preston Hinderks of the Congregational United Church of Christ officiated, assisted by the Britt American Legion Ceremonial Unit. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Mr. Meyer was a member of the Britt Congregational United Church of Christ, the Hancock County Bar Association, American Legion, VFW, Lions Club, Odd Fellows, Darius Lodge 431 of Britt and El Kahir Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Inez; two sisters, Mrs. James (Ruth) Lerdal, Goldfield, and Mrs. Joseph (Lois) Wier, Colts Neck, N.J.; and his mother, Mrs. Lois W. Meyer, Britt.
