Geo. Gruetzmacher Passeed On Suddenly At Clear Lake Home

Death Overtook Him Tuesday Night; Funeral Services Friday P.M.

George Gruetzmacher, well known in Hancock county, died at his home in Clear Lake, Tuesday night. Cause of his death is given as a heart attack.

For many years Mr. Gruetzmacher was in business in Klemme. After selling his interests there he and Mrs. Gruetzamcher made their home in Garner, moving to Clear Lake four or five years ago.

Mr. Gruetzamcher's death was sudden and wholly unexpected. That he had a diseased heart was not generally known even to his relatives and close friends. He was a man in his 70's.

No children were born into the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gruetzmacher. Mrs Gruetzmacher was formerly Miss Matilda Schneider, sister of James Schneider of near Goodell. Lafe Schneider, formerly of Garner, was also a brother.

Funeral arrangements are: Services at the Methodist church, Clear Lake, Friday afternoon, November 30. The body will be taken to Klemme for interment.
