Adeline Francis Greimann was born April 25, 1917 at Da​le, Outagamie, Wiscons​in to Caroline Haberka​mp and Herman H Greimann.

Found in the 1925 census at Eden, Sac, Iowa: H H Greimann 39, Charlotte Greimann 10, Curtis Greimann 9, Adeline Greimann 7, Eugene Greimann 5, Dorothy Greimann 4, Stella Haberkamp 21.

Found in the 1930 census at Ell, Hancock, Iowa: Clarence Greiman 28, Fred Greiman 76, Dena Greiman 72, Anna Greiman 43, Charlotte Greiman 15, Curtis Greiman 13, Adaline Greiman 12, Eugene Greiman 10, Dorothy Greiman 8 (living with an uncle, their mother had died before 1925.

Adeline married Charles Dale Ca​rothers on June 19, 1938 ​at Garner, Hancock, Iowa. The couple had 3 children: Ronald Charles, James Dale and Judy​.

Found in the 1940 census at Garner, Hancock, Iowa: Charles Carothers 24, born in Iowa, 4 yrs high school, amateur embalmer at a funeral home; wife 23, born in Iowa, 4 yrs high school, baby son Ronald, age 0, born in Iowa.

Adeline was a teacher. Adeline died July 14, 1998 at A​ustin, Mower, Minnesota. She is buried at the Concord Cemetery, Garner, Hancock, Iowa.
