Mrs. Bodiel Madson, mother of R. P. Madson, living north of Britt, died at the latters home on Tuesday, Oct 4, 1904, at the age of 85 years. The funeral services were held at the Scandinavian Congregational church on October 6 and the remains were interred in Evergreen cemetery.
