Doris Medaus, 72 Services for Mrs. Doris L. Medaus were held at the United Methodist Church in Klemme on Feb. 5. Rev. Don E. Griffin officiated with music provided by Mrs. Ben Thorson and Mrs. Thelma Arnold with Mrs. Margaret Katter as organist.

Casket bearers were Merle Pannhoff, Luverne Tiggemann, Alvin Halverson, Raymon Panhoff, and Raymond Schoenwetter. Interment was in Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme, with arrangements by Tenold Funeral Homes.

Mrs. Medaus was born at Klemme on Jan. 12, 1911, the daughter of John and Fannie (Kratchner) Heginger and lived there all her life. She passed away at the North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City on Feb. 2.

Survivors include her husband Edwin, one daughter, Mrs. Duane (Adeline) Peck of Forest City; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Blumer, Garner, and Mrs. Annie Panhoff, Ventura.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one son, one brother, and one sister.
