Mother of Mrs. Joe Hejlik Died Monday

Mrs. Anna Fohrman, mother of Mrs. Joe Hejlik and who made her home with her daughter in Britt, passed away Monday noon. She had been in failing health for some time. Mrs. Fohrman was born in Germany on July 25, 1849, and was nearing her seventy-eighth birthday at death. She came with her family to America and had lived in this county for thirty-five years, the past several years in Britt.

Requiem high mass was said by Rev. Father J. P. Quirin at St. Patrick's Catholic church at 9 o'clock this morning and the body was taken to the Duncan Catholic cemetery for interment.

Mrs. Fohrman raised a family, all of whom have become good citizens and are a credit to her. Children living are O. J. Fohrman, Mrs. Frank Nedved, and Mrs. Jos. Hejlik, in this vicinity, and Jake Fohrman at Brookpark, Minn.
