Anson L. Fuller, grandson of Anson Avery, died at the home of his sister at Manchester, Ia., the 7th of the present month. He was born in Hancock Co., Ia., 1877, March 11th, and was therefore 18 yrs. old at the time of his death.

At the home of his parents, Welsch, La., last winter, he was seized with LaGrippe from which he never fully recovered. Thinking a change of climate would be helpful, he came to Iowa. His mother was with him when came the fatal stroke in "Consumption's ghastly form".

The mother's shattered physical energies rendered it impossible for her to follow remains of her loved son to place of burial. The same arrived at Goodell Saturday a.m., and p.m. were borne to the beautiful Amsterdam cemetery, quite a considerable company of friends of his boyhood days, and relatives, witnessing the last rites.

He leaves many loved relatives and friends together with father and mother to mourn. "As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comforth you" - Isa, 66-13.
