Funeral services for little Janyce Joan Chambers were held at the grave in the Corwith Cemetery Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. Karl W. G. Hiller, pastor of the Methodist church in charge of the service.

The Misses Thelma and Elaine Chambers, cousins of the deceased, sang "Jesus Loves Me" and "Jewels" and the pastor gave a short message.

Janyce Joan Chambers, 5, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Chambers of Corwith was born March 19, 1931, and passed away at the hospital in Fort Dodge, Wednesday evening, April 22, 1936, where she had been taken on Saturday to be treated for scarlet fever and complications.

She leaves her parents and one brother, Norman, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her departure.
