Letha Peterson

Garner - Mrs. Maurice (Letha M.) Peterson, 57, died at Westview Retirement Home at Britt Monday after a long illness.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Evangelical Free Church in Britt. The Rev. Carroll M. Swensen will officiate. Burial will be in Madison Township Cemetery at Forest City with Bohn Funeral Home in charge. Visitation will be at the church from 11:30 Thursday.

The daughter of Julius and Minnie Peterson, she was born at Forest City June 28, 1909.

Surviving are her husband, Maurice; two sons, Allan, at home; S. Sgt Gaylon Peterson, at Austin AFB, Tex.; her mother, and a sister, Lila Meyer, both of Garner. Her father and sister preceded her in death.
