Mrs. Paulson rites Monday at Garner church

GARNER - Funeral services for Mrs. S. P. Paulson, 70, will be held at the Bohn Funeral Home in Garner Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Trevor Baskerville, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Concord Township Cemetery with the Bohn Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Paulson died at the Bethany Nursing Home, Clear Lake, Friday.

Mary Christine Kramer, daughter of Andrew and Anna Donde Kramer, was born at Gibson, Ill., Sept. 6, 1891. She came to Humboldt County with her parents in 1896. In 1912 she was married to S. P. (Pete) Paulson. The couple lived for a time near Rutland, coming to Hayfield in 1918 where Mr. Paulson was employed on the Rock Island Railroad. They retired to Garner in 1948. Mr. Paulson died in 1956.

Surviving are four children; Garwin, Lake Mills; Orlan (Bud), Garner; Pete, Clarion and Mrs. Dennis (Joyce) Ziesmer, Garner; two sisters, Mrs. Hans (Lizzie) Porter, Humboldt; Mrs. Jake (Stena) Neilsen, Algona; a brother, John Kramer, Ringsted, 12 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
