Clara B. Fosen

KANAWHA - Clara B. Fosen, 81, of Kanawha, died Friday (Sept. 28, 1979) at a Belmond nursing home.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Kanawha Lutheran Church, with the Rev. William Perkins officiating. Burial was in Amsterdam Township Cemetery, Kanawha. Carter Funeral Home, Kanawha, was in charge of arrangements.

A longtime Kanawha resident, Mrs. Fosen was an employee of the post office and of the Kanawha First National Bank for many years.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John (Eva) Johnson and Mrs. Harold (Audrey) Hill, both of Kanawha; and Mrs. Richard (Wanda) Beldon, Manchester; three sisters, Mrs. Hilda Hall, Meservey; Mrs. Elida Severson, Cedar Falls; and Mrs. Martha Murley, Janesville; a brother, Joe Shaw, Meservey; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
